1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the gpeeya website and any of its services — including but not limited to online bingo, live casino, slots, sports betting, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the gpeeya platform, regardless of how you access it (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method). Your continued use of the platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

gpeeya reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via site notification or email. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on gpeeya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence or current physical location.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or requires a separate local license not held by gpeeya.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of gpeeya or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from gpeeya or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform during the self-exclusion period.

gpeeya reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access gpeeya's gaming services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) gpeeya account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gpeeya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to:

• Never share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party.
• Notify gpeeya's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure you log out of your account when accessing gpeeya from shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your gpeeya account on your behalf.

gpeeya will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: gpeeya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned at your expense.

gpeeya processes deposits instantly or within the timeframe specified for each payment method. We do not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gpeeya's finance team.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method. Please consult the Cashier section of your account for current minimums.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5 below.
• gpeeya targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted before the daily cutoff time. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving institution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gpeeya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. Placing bets that exceed this limit while using bonus funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless gpeeya's promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: gpeeya actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting games with high bonus contribution rates, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine wagering intent. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may be permanently suspended.

gpeeya reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively disadvantage players who have already opted into a promotion in good faith.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on gpeeya are operated according to their specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. By placing any wager on gpeeya, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

Random Number Generators (RNG): gpeeya's slot and virtual games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real-time and are subject to the same randomness principles as physical card and table games.

Bingo Rules: gpeeya's bingo games run on scheduled draws as published in the bingo lobby. Players must purchase bingo cards before the draw closes. Results are final once the draw is complete. Connectivity issues on the player's end do not invalidate a completed draw result.

Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting markets on gpeeya are governed by our Sports Betting Rules document, available in the help section of the sportsbook. Key principles include:

• Void bets: A bet will be voided if the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled.
• In-play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. gpeeya reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Obvious errors: Any bet accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or human error may be voided at gpeeya's discretion.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network interruption that affects the integrity of a game round, gpeeya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be withheld pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gpeeya and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an advantage not available to regular players.
• Money Laundering: Using gpeeya for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting any information provided to gpeeya.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Players who discover a bug are obligated to report it to gpeeya support immediately.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access, use, or play on your gpeeya account.
• Underage Access: Allowing or assisting any person under 21 years of age to access gpeeya or place wagers on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gpeeya platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the property of gpeeya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gpeeya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any gpeeya content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any gpeeya software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from gpeeya content.
• Use gpeeya's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of gpeeya's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil liability and/or criminal prosecution under Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gpeeya is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at gpeeya.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on gpeeya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your registration and KYC information is collected and retained for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by Philippine AML and gaming regulations.
• gpeeya does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gpeeya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gpeeya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gpeeya is not liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings or wagered amounts due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays outside gpeeya's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, advice, or materials published on the gpeeya platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits gpeeya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

gpeeya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age and jurisdictional restrictions.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

You may also close your own gpeeya account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with a positive real-money balance that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. gpeeya will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any dormancy fee. Applicable dormancy fees are disclosed in the Cashier section of your account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gpeeya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — gpeeya will provide reasonable advance notice via on-site notification, email to your registered address, or both.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing terms, corrections of typographical errors, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon posting without prior notice.

Your continued use of the gpeeya platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using gpeeya and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page always reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

PAGCOR Oversight: gpeeya operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved directly with gpeeya's customer support team may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

Dispute Process: Before escalating to any external authority, players are required to first submit a formal complaint to gpeeya's support team and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for resolution. gpeeya will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a full response within the fourteen-day period.

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts. The courts of Makati City, Metro Manila shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
